• May be subject to revision if site conditions differ from initial assessment

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or contract.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a booking or service:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date may be entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may forfeit the deposit
• Cancellations made after work has commenced will be charged for work completed
• We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided

Ideal Sales Solutions Ltd is a credit broker and not a lender (FRN 703401). Finance available subject to status. The rate offered is always provisional and will depend upon your personal circumstances, the loan amount and the term.

Warranties and Guarantees

Procast Fencing and Paving Ltd offers the following guarantees:

• 12-month warranty on all workmanship
• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials (varies by product)
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties, natural wear and tear, or improper maintenance
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence

Warranty coverage is subject to terms and conditions provided with your quote or contract.

User Obligations

When using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant reasonable access to your property for site surveys and work
• Ensure safe working conditions at the site
• Remove obstacles or hazards that may impede work
• Arrange for necessary permits or permissions (where applicable)
